Managing Director
Michael Wagner
Michael leads client strategy and supports business development across our Editorial and Design studios, coordinating those efforts closely with the leadership of our Production division. An early career as a Train Dispatcher for the largest freight railway in the United States taught him how to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and keep complex operations moving under pressure, skills that continue to shape his leadership today. He made the leap into post-production by joining Charlie Uniform Tango as a Junior Producer in 2016, quickly advancing through the ranks to Executive Producer before joining Republic in 2024.
Executive Producer
Kim Estrada
Kim oversees the day-to-day operations of Republic Editorial, helping shape the studio’s creative and operational strategy while supporting producers, artists, and clients alike. She began her career at Filmworkers in 2008 before helping launch Treehouse, where she played a key role in building the studio over the following decade. After gaining agency-side production experience, she joined Republic in 2021. Her deep understanding of the post-production process, combined with a collaborative leadership style, helps ensure every project receives the attention and care it deserves.
