Finishing Artists

An uber talented finishing artist, Bayley (as he’s known at Republic) has tackled work ranging from hype videos for his West-Texas high-school football team (for which he was also a two-way tackle) to Katy Perry’s much acclaimed ‘Firework’ video. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Bayley developed his finishing skills working at ReelFx and Radium before leaving in 2012 to help launch Dallas’s Treehouse Editorial. In 2021, he joined Republic, combining an artistic edge with a tactical linebacker mentality to help our VFX teams overtake any technical challenge we place in front of them.

One of our most creative finishing and VFX artists, Nick actually began his career as a producer – a producer of a morning radio program in St. Louis. Equally surprising, he grew up in France before returning stateside to attend Texas Christian University and receiving a BS in Radio, TV and Film. After his aforementioned brief stint in morning radio, Nick made his first pass through our Dallas office as an intern back in 2001 (while under the name and ownership of Red Car). In the years that followed, our little intern went around town honing his craft at shops like Video Post & Transfer and Fast Cuts until 2015 when we were finally able to lure him back in a leadership roll for our finishing and VFX team. We have no idea how good Nick was as a radio producer, but we can say that he shows us daily he is one ridiculously fast and innovative problem solver.
